Marti is a Recovery Ally, a Peer Recovery Specialist, a Certified BALM 12 Principles Facilitator and a BALM Family Recovery Life Coach. In 2014, she and her husband founded Into The Neighborhood, a non-profit dedicated to mobilizing prepared people to live out God’s mission for their lives. They are actively involved in loving and serving the addiction and recovery community for nearly 20 years. She’s not an expert, but simply an experienced guide to those who are impacted by substance use disorders and their families.
Marti also has over 20+ years of leadership and human resources experience in small, medium and Top 100 companies. She utilizes this experience in various ways in coaching, consulting, etc.
